I’m a Texan rooted in America. A Mumbaikar rooted in India. An art director rooted in the lost island of creative direction. I contain multitudes. The best outcome from the lottery of diversity is an ability to surf through the babel of communication arts, from brief to case film, with ease. Allowing me to infuse a flavour that’s unique, for one, and deeply humanistic in spirit. It shows. Whether it’s a campaign to elevate a community above the shadow of HIV, or show the underprivileged a path to accessible education, or simply, to make a diaper purchase the most appealing thing to an underslept parent having a meltdown at 4 am.
