Focusing on relatable situations our campaign recognized and helped connect underserved communities access with broadband internet.

Different ads focusing on different audiences so that each type of person/situation was represented in English & Spanish. With 21 Gas pump display locations, 26 bus rail units, 57 railway units we targeted low income neighborhoods and high need households in Dallas County.
Digital Campaign & A/B Testing
With 20,000 households lacking internet access, Dallas County aimed to bridge this digital divide and ensure equitable access. Showcasing the positive impact of connection and strike a balance between realism and clarity.

Creating the first resource hub for getting Dallas County residents connected - this microsite featured a digital toolkit, direct access to a bilingual call center, and an eligibility survey. A channel for questions to be answered that eased hesitancy of people with questions. This accessible resource for our target audience of those without internet was staffed with bilingual employees and equipped with live chat.
