Who do you count for?

OOH

Every 10 years, the U.S. counts every person within its borders. Census data collected guides lawmakers in determining how to distribute billions in federal funding to communities across the U.S. — funding for schools, roads, health care and other programs.

Digital Toolkit

With 20,000 households lacking internet access, Dallas County aimed to bridge this digital divide and ensure equitable access. Showcasing the positive impact of connection and strike a balance between realism and clarity.

Website

Creating the first resource hub for getting Dallas County residents connected - this microsite featured a digital toolkit, direct access to a bilingual call center, and an eligibility survey. A channel for questions to be answered that eased hesitancy of people with questions. This accessible resource for our target audience of those without internet was staffed with bilingual employees and equipped with live chat.
